Small but nice, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. The space The apartment is located in the attic of a quiet semi-detached house. From the staircase you enter a short hallway with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and high-quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and for the coffee machine we can gladly provide fresh coffee beans for the guests. The whole apartment can be kept pleasantly cool even in summer thanks to the built-in air conditioning. The bedroom can be completely darkened. Guest access The apartment is a great base for trips to Munich, the mountains and the Erding spa. The accommodation is: - ideal for the Munich trade fair - 30 minutes by car to the center of Munich - Short distances to Munich Airport -10 km to Therme Erding -Allianz Arena easily accessible - Go-Kart Arena in Neufinsing - Reservoir (ideal for running and walking...) Other things to note Important notes: You enter the apartment through the stairwell of our house. You will probably meet there as well, since we live there. Due to the current coronavirus situation, all adults must meet 2G.
