Two listed guest houses; ideal for groups of up to 30 people! Leibzucht: 5 residential units (6 bedrooms), fully equipped shared kitchen, large hall for eating/getting together Bakery with chicken house: (4 bedrooms), fully equipped shared kitchen, common room. Important: Since this is a historic, listed building, the ceiling height is partly limited to about 1.70 m by load-bearing beams! Two guest gardens + seating groups! The space Guesthouse "Leibzucht": "Hollerbusch" apartment (29 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small living area with a double sofa bed, TV and a 2-person table set as well as – accessible via a staircase – a sleeping area with two beds. "Pusteblume" apartment (21 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small living area with sofa and TV and - accessible via a staircase – a sleeping area with two beds. "Gänseblümchen" apartment (27 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small living area with sofa, TV and table with chair and - accessible via a staircase - a sleeping area with double bed and a single bed. "Gartenblick" (Garden View) apartment (52 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The apartment has one bedroom with double bed (and enough space for a children's travel cot), living/dining area with double sofa bed, TV and 4-person table set, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet. "Bückeberge" apartment (72 sqm) on the 2nd floor of our guest house: The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and cot, living/dining area with sofa, TV and 6-person table set, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet and – accessible via a staircase from the living area – a large open sleeping area with four beds. Guesthouse "Bakery": Separate guest apartment "Hühnerhaus" at the "Backhaus" (21.8 sqm/double bed); private entrance, no direct access to the "Backhaus": This apartment is barrier-free (not wheelchair accessible due to the very narrow door to the bathroom) and borders directly onto the 'Backhaus'. It has a separate entrance, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a small kitchenette. Room "Spatzenheim" 2nd floor/2 beds (17 sqm): The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping area with two beds. Room "Taubenschlag" 1st floor/4 beds (32 sqm): The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping area with three beds and a sofa bed. Room "Schwalbennest" 2nd floor/2-4 beds (31 sqm): The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping area with 4 beds. On the ground floor there is a large combined cooking/dining/living room (52.5 sqm): Well-equipped kitchenette, dining table with chairs, lounge corner. Guest access Both guest houses are directly on our farm - parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers. Other things to note Please note: The guest house "Leibzucht" has a minimum occupancy of 10 people and 2 nights, in the guest house "Backhaus" (incl. the "Hühnerhaus" annex) there is a minimum occupancy of 8 guests and 2 nights. Since Airbnb only allows booking up to a maximum of 16 people, we would have to make you a so-called "host offer" if you are interested. This means that we can only send you the exact price after a request. But of course this is non-binding for you; if you do not accept the offer, it simply expires after 24 hours.
