Important: Since this is a historic, listed building, some of the ceiling height is limited to about 1.70 m by load-bearing beams! Two guest gardens + seating groups! The space Guest house "Leibzucht": Apartment "Hollerbusch" (29 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small living area with double sofa bed, TV and 2-person table group, and – a staircase accessible – a sleeping area with two beds. Apartment "Pusteblume" (21 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The room features a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small living area with sofa and TV, and - a staircase accessible – a sleeping area with two beds. Apartment "Daisy" (27 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The room has a bathroom with shower/toilet, a small living area with sofa, TV and table with chair, as well as a staircase, a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed. Apartment "Gartenblick" (52 sqm) on the ground floor of our guest house: The apartment has one bedroom with double bed (and enough space for a children's travel cot), living/dining area with double sofa bed, TV and 4-person table group, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet. Apartment "Bückeberge" (72 sqm) on the 1st floor of our guest house: The apartment has one bedroom with double bed and cot, living/dining area with sofa, TV and 6 table group, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet as well as – accessible by stairs from the living area – a large open sleeping area with four beds. Guesthouse "Backhaus": Separate guest apartment "Hühnerhaus" at the "Backhaus" (21.8 sqm/double bed); private entrance, no direct access to the "bakery": This apartment is accessible (not wheelchair accessible due to the very narrow door to the bathroom) and is directly adjacent to the bakery. It has a separate entrance, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a small kitchenette. Room "Spatzenheim" 1st floor/2 beds (17 sqm): In the room includes bathroom with shower/toilet and one sleeping area with two beds. Room "Taubenschlag" 1st floor/4 beds (32 sqm): The room has bathroom with shower/toilet as well as a sleeping area with three beds and a sofa bed. Room "Schwalbennest" 2nd floor/2-4 beds (31 sqm): The room has a bathroom with shower/WC and a sleeping area with 4 beds. On the ground floor, there is a large combined cooking/dining/ living space (52.5 sqm): Well equipped kitchenette, dining table with chairs, lounge corner. Guest access Both guesthouses are directly on our farm - parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers. Other things to note Please note: The guest house "Leibzucht" has a minimum occupancy of 10 persons and 2 nights, in the guest house "Backhaus" (incl. Attachment "Chicken House") there is a minimum occupancy of 8 guests and 2 nights. Since airbnb only the reservation up to max. 16 people, if interested, we would have to make you a so-called "special offer". This means that we can only send you the exact price after a request. Of course, this is then non-binding for you; if you don't accept the offer, it will simply expire after 24 hours.
