Gite de l'Atelier – 8 people – Egreville (77)

Our gîte is an old renovated building that is part of our farm still in operation. We grow cereals and raise sheep in Organic Farming. We are located close to Fontainebleau and the Loing Valley. Paris is 1 hour by train or by car via the highway. You can enjoy the calm, friendliness and comfort of our gîte for 8 people. The space The 120 m² vacation rental has two levels. On the ground floor you will find the living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen as well as a shower room and toilet. The kitchen includes all the necessary utensils: filter coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, stove, raclette machine, pressure cooker, fridge with freezer, lots of dishes and cutlery. Dish towels, sponge and dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, dishwasher products are provided. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with drying racks, shower, toilet and cleaning supplies. Hand soaps and shower gel/shampoo are provided. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed each and two bedrooms with two single beds each), a bathroom and toilet. Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) and towels are provided. Each room is equipped with a closet. Equipment for babies and small children (highchair, bathtub, potty, toilet reducer, baby bed) can be provided free of charge upon request. Outside, you will have a garden with terrace, barbecue, outdoor table and deckchairs. Your children will have access to outdoor games: trampoline and swing. Our vacation rental is located in a hamlet 1 km from downtown Egreville, where you can find a supermarket, a gas station and car wash, local shops (bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco, florist) and restaurants. The market is held under the Halle every Monday morning. The Bourdelle garden-museum (statues and landscaped garden) is 500 m from the gîte: to visit from the beginning of April to the end of October. The municipal swimming pool of Egreville is 1.5 km from the cottage. Several golf courses are located nearby, including a foot-golf course. There are also equestrian centers. Numerous paths are within walking distance from the gîte to discover the surroundings. Upon request, we can provide you with the information you need for your visits to the area (hiking, museums, cities, amusement parks). Guest access You can easily park in the courtyard, in front of the cottage. The stations of Saint-Pierre-Lès-Nemours and Souppes-sur-Loing will allow you to reach Paris in 1 hour. The A6 (Paris-Lyon), A5 (Paris-Troyes), A19 (Orléans) and A77 (Nevers) highways are easily accessible from Egreville. Other things to note Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the cottage. We cannot accept pets. The maximum number of people in the cottage is 8 (excluding babies).
