Free Uncapped WiFi with UPS. 24 hour security armed response Outdoor seating on balcony with table & chairs provided. Guest access The apartment is accessed by staircase and is located on the 2nd floor. Guests will have full access to Outdoor & Indoor swimming pools, Gym& the barbeque area on the pool deck overlooking the Atlantic ocean. These are accessed by guests off site across the road. Other things to note WiFi is supported by a UPS during load shedding. Sea Breeze DOES NOT ACCEPT same day bookings after 17H00. We charge R350.00 cash payment on arrival for all late check-ins after 19:00. Check in after 19h30 will re regarded as "NO SHOW" unless pre arranged with management prior to 17h00 of date of arrival. Sea Breeze is a strictly No-smoking apartment. Sea Breeze does NOT ACCEPT PETS. Under NO circumstances will keys be handed over, until full & final settlement of all outstanding monies has been received and valid ID documents/Passports presented on check in. Strictly ONLY PAYING GUESTS identified in check in document are allowed in the unit. An optional daily cleaning service, including replacement of all linen, complimentary items, bathroom & beach towels replacement is available at an additional cost of R400.00 per service. Check in after 19h30 will be regarded as a "NO SHOW" unless arranged with management prior to arrival day. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will bicycles, surfboards, roller blades, wet suits, skate, kite boards OR STORAGE OF ANY ITEMS OTHER then normal guest luggage be allowed in the apartment. Should you require secure storage of these items, please pre-arrange with your booking to avoid disappointment. Secure storage will be subject to availability at an additional charge of R 175.00 per day payable in advance. Identity document, such as a passport or ID book must be presented at check in. Under no circumstances will keys be handed over without prior full account settlement of all outstanding balances. Keys will only be handed over to identified booking guest on the reservation.
