The space Casa Ximena Santa Ana is a beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and a rest area which we call "La Cabaña", a wooden space, carpeting, with puffs and cushions, ponchitos, books and board games to spend an incredible day of rest! Next to this space, 2 rooms, which we call the BARN, with its special design and a beautiful view of the mountains that surround the beautiful city, and, the TRAVEL ROOM, which invites us to travel the world with its special decoration. This with an exit to a small terrace for a glass of wine and relax. These rooms are on the second level of the house, with a full bathroom. On the first level The master bedroom with private bathroom and exit to the back garden full of natural light, with nice details of natural materials. The room is full of light that enters through the stained glass window overlooking the deck, where the jacuzzi is located. The decoration of the dining room and kitchen is special, full of details that invites you to spend an incredible evening either with friends or family. If they have more vehicles, we have a safe and spacious place at the entrance to the colony, about 3 blocks from the house. Santa Ana, as this residential area of Antigua is called, is only a few blocks from the Alameda El Calvario, which makes it very practical to take a nice 15-minute walk to the central park. By vehicle it is extremely easy and quick to reach the area of restaurants and commerce in the center of Antigua, just 5 minutes away. UBER, Tuc Tuc or taxi service is also accessible, if walking is not an option. Other things to note Santa Ana, is a residential area of La Antigua Guatemala, just 3 blocks from the famous Alameda El Calvario and its temple. Very close to the Church of the School of Christ and the famous Belen park and its temple, where beautiful weddings are held. Founded in the early 1540s, both the town and the hermitage were the first to be established in the Panchoy Valley. Its architecture is always cared for by the council for the protection of Ancient Guatemala, which makes this place preserve its beautiful colonial houses and cobbled streets, apart from being surrounded by beautiful mountains. A 15-minute walk to the central park or a 5-minute drive make Santa Ana a very special place to stay.
