The L- shaped garden benefits from being south and west facing, meaning plenty of sunshine. A large green lawn and a large l-shaped limestone patio area is located outside of the family/kitchen room. Dual aspect windows over look the gardens and two sets of bi-fold doors open allowing the inside space to flow outside. The open living , kitchen and diner area has a dining table that seats 10 and a very large c shaped sofa for everyone to relax on. The tv in the living area and the separate sitting room have smart tvs , sky and Netflix. The kitchen is exceptionally well fitted with a boiler mix tap, built in combined microwave , two built in ovens and a coffee machine. As well as an integrated double fridge freezer, dishwasher and a walk in pantry. Should you wish to take up the option, a renowned local private chef is available to cater for those evening meals. Menus and costings can be provided upon request. The 5 bathrooms rooms (3 en suites and 2 shared bathrooms) in the house are all equipped with fantastic walk-in wet room style Mira Platinum Digital Showers as well as towel radiators. A very popular feature is the two huge freestanding bathtubs in the master en-suite and family bathrooms. Bedrooms 1,3,4 and 5 all have direct access to the garden and are south facing, therefore they have tinted privacy glass to reduce Uv , heat and light. 1, 3 and 4 have fitted wardrobes and 2 and 5 have huge walk in closets. Guest access The 0.7 acre grounds are accessed via private electric gates. The main driveway and parking bay has space for 4-5 cars and the second driveway would be able to accommodate a motor home or additional parking if required.
