Recognizable by its green ivy-adorned facade, this house is nestled in the heart of the medieval alleys of Seborga — one of the most unique villages on the Italian Riviera. Completely renovated and carefully furnished in a mix of modern and old, it offers all the comforts you need to fully enjoy the region. The house has a large terrace overlooking the valley and the sea on the side, this is where the mornings and evenings make sense. The space The house is spread over two levels, in the tradition of Italian village houses where each space has its own identity. On the ground floor: the kitchen opens onto the bright dining room, the living room, and direct access to the terrace with its outdoor lounge. It's the heart of the house, the place where we live. Upstairs: two bedrooms and the bathroom. Access between the two levels is from the outside — a typical staircase of Ligurian houses, which gives each space an independent and intimate atmosphere. Both bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 single bed (up to 3 people) Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed The house can accommodate up to 5 people. THE TERRACE The terrace is the main living space of the house. With its outdoor living room, it offers unobstructed views of the Ligurian valley and a glimpse of the sea on the side — the perfect setting for alfresco dining, sunset aperitifs or simply reading in the shade. FULLY EQUIPPED Everything is there so you don't have to worry about anything: fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, unlimited WiFi, barbecue. Linens (sheets and towels) are included. Check-in is completely autonomous via a lockbox — come at a time that suits you. ACCESS & PARKING The house is located in the historic pedestrian center of Seborga, in the heart of the medieval alleys. Cars cannot directly access the house — that's what makes the place so charming and peaceful. Free public parking is available within a 2-5 minute walk.
