Guest access The neighborhood is super residential and quiet with bakery and shopping options nearby. Mallet Avenue with many options of bars, restaurants and great supermarkets is just a 10-minute drive away. Other things to note - For security reasons, ALL guests will have their identity documents photographed at check-in for identification at the condominium entrance - The reservation is personal and non-transferable - Respect the Law of Silence (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) - Visitors to the apartment or bringing more people than agreed upon and contracted are not allowed under any circumstances - The fines imposed by the condominium on the guest during their stay, proportional to the wrongful acts/penalties committed by the Guest, will be passed on and charged to the guest, with the addition of a fine for the inconvenience caused - The removal of any objects from the apartment is prohibited, remembering that we do an inspection upon check-in and check-out - Damages will be charged - The use of the pool, events room, and games is prohibited, as their use is exclusive to residents - Bed linen is offered in addition to the reservation.
