Small cozy and air-conditioned attic apartment

Take a break in a quiet environment in the middle of nature in the front of the Odenwald. Quietly located yet central. About 10 minutes by car from Heppenheim. Enjoy your stay in our cozily furnished attic apartment. Explore the surroundings by bike (hilly) or on foot. Magnificent forests and meadows invite you to linger. Excursion destinations such as the cities of Darmstadt or Heidelberg can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. The space The apartment is an attic apartment renovated by the owner. An open kitchen with living and dining room is inviting for relaxation. The sofa can easily be converted into an extra bed. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. In the bedroom there is a 180 x 200 cm wide double bed and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and floor heating. There is also a wardrobe and a work area with desk in the spacious hallway. Although it is an attic apartment, you can control the temperature in the apartment as you want thanks to air conditioning. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is on the back of the house and is not visible from the street. It goes via a small street to the parking lot right next to the stairs via which you enter the apartment. In the apartment, everything is on one level. New in 2023: Beautiful outdoor area with seating for our guests. Other things to note Shopping is available in Laudenbach approx. 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there is only D1 mobile network (Telekom) in the village. No problem in the apartment as there is Wi-Fi. The whole apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted. Additional overnight guests are to be agreed with us.
