The rooms have wi-fi, kettle, lockbox. Almost all rooms have mini-fridge and TV. In each room are provided: sheets, towels, soap and body soap. The kitchen is equipped and has all the basic amenities: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, kettle. You will also find condiments and basic foods: salt, coffee, tea, and herbal teas. The barbecue is provided along with the essential tools, the devil, and wood. In the garden you will find deck chairs, picnic tables and games for children (swing, slide and in summer even an inflatable children's pool). Wifi is available throughout the property and guaranteed by two networks: 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the rooms. The property is in a secluded location and not all phone companies guarantee the line: you can call through the normal apps that use the internet. Guest access The entire property is at your complete disposal: the rooms, kitchen and garden will be for the exclusive use of guests. We like to ensure privacy for our guests: you will see us only if necessary (in case of need or to water the flowers!). The property is easily reached via asphalt road without particular difficulty. Parking is very spacious and available only to guests. Other things to note Of course, in winter the heating is on and the temperature of the rooms is freely adjustable by guests. We ask you to avoid waste (do not open the windows when the radiators are active, do not exceed the temperature of 20°C in the rooms, lower the temperature to 18°C when leaving the house for long hours).
