PART 1 – MAIN HOUSE The main house features the primary living spaces and four bedrooms. The property is composed of two distinct living areas (Part 1 and Part 2), connected to each other. It is perfectly possible to use only the main part, only the independent part, or both together. This layout allows couples, friends, or family members to enjoy their own space and independence while sharing the same property. Check-in is fully self-guided via a secure key box, allowing arrival from 5:00 p.m. onwards. To reach the house, guests must leave the main road and follow a small path leading directly to the property. Upon arrival, the keys can be collected from the key box, giving access to the entire house and its outdoor spaces, set in a peaceful natural environment. The location is ideal: the house is situated 20 minutes from Vichy, offering the calm and authenticity of the countryside while remaining close to amenities. Restaurants, a cinema, and local activities are easily accessible in Vichy. The town of Lapalisse, approximately 10 minutes away, is convenient for grocery shopping. The area also offers local attractions such as the classic car event “L’Embouteillage”, visits to the Château de Lapalisse, the Le PAL amusement and wildlife park (35 minutes away), and the well-known local heritage known as “Les Vérités de Lapalisse.” Other things to note The outdoor areas have been designed as true living spaces.
