The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen-size bed, an A/C unit, a Smart TV, and lots of closet space. The second and third bedrooms are both located on the second floor. One is outfitted with a queen-size bed, and the other has a full-size bunk bed. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home has two full bathrooms, one on the main level with a standing shower, and the other upstairs with a shower/tub combo. On top of our personal safety equipment, this private community is guard-gated 24/7. This home is located in Penn Estates, one of the most sought-after communities in all of the Poconos. Because security is such an important issue, please be advised that you will be required to provide your photo ID and license plate number when you arrive at the entry gates. Other things to note Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 5 pets (vaccination records required). This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
