To get to the beach, you must cross Avenida Comercio. *Ask about discounts for stays over 3 nights in low season* The space A 140 sq. meter Mediterranean-style property, with wood exterior, white interior with floating floor; fully-equipped kitchen; spacious bedrooms, one with a desk; two bedrooms with private bathrooms, the master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Guest access To enter the condominium you must notify me when you are at the gate and I open with a phone call; the road to the interior is uphill, the speed to the interior is 20 km/hour, if you want to walk it is also possible. You can park one vehicle inside the house, but outside there is room for 2 more vehicles without any security problems or inconvenience to the neighbors, since the front of the house is wide and flat. Then, once in the house, you'll find the remote control to open the condominium's access gate. The house is rented only with a remote control to open the condominium access gate, and guests must coordinate with each other if they are in more than one vehicle. Other things to note The speed limit inside the condominium is 20 km/h; parties or events with loud music are not allowed (fine for speeding and annoying noises is 5 utm). The house is for the exclusive use of the guests included in the reservation, so visitors are not allowed inside. Before arrival, you must send me the license plate numbers of the vehicle(s) that will enter the condominium; there is no trash container in the condominium, you must deposit it in the municipal containers on Avenida Comercio.
