Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom is a king-size bedroom offering peaceful room to relax. The second bedroom is a 2'6" twin zip-and-link bedroom or into a king. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside offers area with garden table and chairs. 1 parking space check-in 5pm. Dogs welcome 🐕 The space The cottage is in a quiet, peaceful location only 5 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the wonderful Georgian town of Holt, which has a lot to offer including boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and supermarket. Cley next to the sea is a short drive away which is the closest beach to the cottage ideal for dog walking or exploring the village. Sheringham, Cromer, Wells next to the sea are all short drive away which are fantastic day out. There is a 4 seater dining table that allows you to enjoy dining experience. Heading up to the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms to rest your head after a busy day out. The main bedroom is a king-size bedroom offering spacious room to relax. The second bedroom is a 2'6" twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as king-size on request). The bathroom also on this floor and completing the accommodation, features a shower over bath and WC. All guests are welcome to use the log burner, hot ash should not be put in the bin. Logs need to be brought or purchased, speak to host regarding prior to arrival. Heading outside there is an small area set just off from the house with bistro table to enjoy. There is off-road parking for one car along the driveway to the rear of the cottage. Guest access The cottage is located in the centre of Holt, which means all amenities are within walking distance.
