Orchard Cottage is 1 bedroom self contained dog friendly & private . Own entrance. Off street parking for 2 cars. Underfloor heating .Set in the picturesque village of Newton-On-Trent, 10 miles from the historic city of Lincoln. Bathroom with shower, open plan living lounge dining, with newly flitted kitchen with everything you need for your stay, free Wi-Fi, a 42" smart TV Netflix included. has a enclosed private garden with seating area which is dog secure. (2 SM/Med dogs max ) 2 People max. The space Everything in the cottage is new. The bedroom is a double room with plenty of storage space, The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is very comfortable with a 2 ring electric hob ( no oven) also included is a slow cooker,microwave oven , toaster and fridge freezer. The outside space is all fenced and totally private and secure...please note maximum of 2 small pets allowed and to be booked on the booking form when you book your stay .... no pets to be left unattended please. External CCTV is located on the front of the property to the front drive car parking space. Guest access Orchard cottage is located at number 3 orchard close which is off the main road in the village of Newton On Trent. Orchard close is a private tarmacked road . There is a parking space in front of the property for guests there is also an external CCTV located on the front drive for added security. Please note only a maximum of 2 people at all times. No Visitors please. Other things to note We have 24 hour external security cameras on the main house above the front window and one above the front living room window of Orchard Cottage which monitor the private driveway leading to the cottage. The private road is the only access to and from the cottage
