The space is on the ground floor of the host's house, but with a gate and garage exclusively for guests. Cozy and private, to simply BE or to have a good rest after beautiful walks. Close to exits to Cristo and Vinhos Fidêncios. It will be a pleasure to welcome you! The space Our space is simple, clean and cozy. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed, blackout curtains. Living room integrated with the kitchen: with sofa bed and 32-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube, small kitchen with basic items, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Large bathroom with hot shower. Covered garage and gate exclusively for guests. Guest access The entire space is available to guests (living room integrated with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and covered garage). The yard (outdoor area) is shared with the hosts and is under construction. Other things to note We do not offer bed, bath or table linens. Nor breakfast. We have 1 duvet, 1 blanket, 2 blankets and 2 pillows available. We do not accept pets (inadequate space) and parties are not allowed In this space, there was a craft distillery, currently deactivated. We still have some material and products stored on shelves and in cabinets, organized so as not to interfere with the accommodation. We are neighbors of a small cookie factory. For stays from Monday to Friday, there may be machinery noises.
