Guest access Simply check in at the front desk by presenting your ID & credit card and enjoy access to your private suite and all resort amenities! Other things to note Please note, the resort will charge you ~$200/week in timeshare tax and resort fees on top of what you pay Airbnb. Mid-week check in stays that cross over a weekend may require a villa change during the weekend. Exact villa is assigned at check in, photos are generic. By booking you agree to the following: 1. Host assumes zero liability for property loss or damages, and zero liability for injury or accidents in or about the premises during Rentee’s vacation. 2. Host is not held responsible for unforeseeable circumstances affecting the resort including repairs and improvements. 3. Rentee will provide a credit card at check in and takes responsibility for all incidental charges associated with their vacation for which additional fees are charged. 4. Rentee shall use the Property in accordance with the rules and regulations of the resort and will pay for all repairs, replacements and damages caused by the acts or neglect of or his/her guests.
