Let nature be your home at La Charca Eco Camp. This serene place will surely leave you breathless! It's perfect if you are looking to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. We provide all the amenities you'll need while being in close contact with nature. There is free parking on site, a private outdoor shower/tub, BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor space to use at your leisure. Be sure to bring some warm clothing for use during the night hours as the temperature drops! The space This family owned property has been under development for quite some time. We've paid close attention to every single detail and it is an honor for us to add another listing to our space for your enjoyment. The tent is located to the far left of the property. Inside you'll find a comfortable queen sized bed and a smart TV (don't forget to bring your passwords!). On the outside deck you'll find a full outdoor bathroom, tub that has curtains for more privacy, as well as a kitchen that includes a mini fridge, sink, coffee pot, microwave and a BBQ grill with one burner. Other things to note Please note that our property hosts three different listings. The property grounds have ample space which allows guests to avoid direct contact with others. Your privacy will not be compromised as all listings have their own separate entrances. Also, keep in mind that this listing includes exclusive use of the outdoor tub, shower and kitchen located on the deck adjacent to the tent. If you wish to have the entire property to yourself, we suggest reserving our other listings as well (ask host to share the link!). You should be aware that because our property is in such contact with nature, encounters with small lizards, spider webs and animals of the like is not uncommon. Birds may also be heard at some hours but some find this very enjoyable. The tent does not have A/C - we do have a fan for use during the day but be assured it is breezy during the evenings. Power outages do not happen often but they are common on the island and we do not have a generator. Any damages to the property are subject to a fine: Floating bed up to $500 Deck damages up to $500 Broken/damaged and misplacement of articles up to $50 You may not enter the pond under any circumstances; no articles must be placed in the pond. The fine will be up to $100. Smoking inside of the tent is strictly prohibited. The use of the kayak and fishing is STRICTLY with authorization and under supervision. It also has an additional cost. We are not responsible for any incidents that occur during their use. At night there is no illumination and it can be dangerous. The use of life jackets is also required. Do not go through the areas with yellow caution tape(it’s strictly prohibited) as they are dangerous areas, especially at night. The listing is intended for the use of the guests on the reservation - no outside/additional guests are allowed on the property at any time. We are not responsible for any incident that may occur.
