Built in 2021 and very well located. It is just behind the Church of São Sebastião, in the main square of Vila do Abraão, Ilha Grande. Easy and quick access. No need to climb a hill. Only 5 minutes between the ferry pier and the tourist pier to the residence. It has practically everything nearby: a tourist agency, restaurants, bakery, markets, ice cream parlor, health center and, of course, beaches. With good walks, you will reach the most distant waterfalls and beaches. The space The property consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor are located a 2-bedroom house and a store facing the street. Through a separate entrance, next to the store, there is a staircase composed of 17 steps that gives access to the 2nd floor and the 6 en-suites built for rent. Each suite has its own independent entrance. The room has a double bed, smart TV, 10,000 BTU air conditioning, refrigerator, granite countertop with sandwich maker, dishes, glasses and cutlery for up to 6 people. The location is not an inn and, for this reason, there is no breakfast or on-site services. It is important to note that this is a property rental. It's not a bed and breakfast. As a courtesy, I provide bed linens and bath towels for all guests. To exchange this material during the stay, a prior consultation is required and if there is the possibility of an exchange (availability of material), an extra cost must be paid on site. Guests are responsible for all personal use materials. E.g. soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. There is also no housekeeping or room cleaning during the stay. The room is cleaned and tidied when guests check in/out. To keep the room clean, especially of sand, I provide a broom and a dustpan. If the guest wants a person to do the housekeeping and cleaning during the stay, they must inform us in advance and a housekeeping/cleaning fee will be charged. The room has equipment for small, quick meals. A full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, plus a sandwich maker, dishes, glasses, and cutlery are available. All guests will receive a copy of the corresponding room entrance key and a copy of the entrance key to the gate that gives access to the stairs. Important Note: The photos of the front of the house, where it shows the Milk Shake Mix ice cream parlor, are merely intended to demonstrate the location of the property. The balconies shown in these photos refer to suites 1 and 2. This specific room is suite 6, set up exactly as in the internal photos of the accommodation. Guest access Arrival at Ilha Grande can be made by the Barcas S/A company boat departing from Mangaratiba or Angra dos Reis. There is also another option to arrive at Ilha Grande through a flex boat that leaves from Conceição de Jacareí or Angra dos Reis. In Vila do Abraão, there are only two ways to get around the neighborhood: on foot or by bicycle, which can be rented at establishments in the area. Access to the beaches can be by hiking or by taxi boat that depart from Vila do Abraão to beaches such as Abraãozinho, Praia do Pouso that gives access to Lopes Mendes, Praia da Feiticeira, etc. Other things to note There is no digital antenna for open TV, but the television is a smart TV with internet access via cable or wifi. Thus, to watch Globo, Band, Record and other open TV channels, as well as the streaming services of Globo Play, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc., the guest must access the existing application on the TV and log in with their own registration. Remember to log out at the end of your stay. To use the streaming services, the best internet available on the market was contracted: Starlink, whose login and password will be available after the booking is confirmed. The electricity supply is very stable, especially after the improvements made in recent years. Even so, it can suffer interruptions, as anywhere in the world. In the event of a total change of the travel date, for any reason, there will be a charge of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
