Its hillside location, lush garden trees, adjoining woods to the west, thick natural stone walls, wood Persian shutters, and refreshing 24 hour private pool, render the villa a cooler oasis in the summer. The covered terrace, balcony, gardens, gazebo, and dedicated pool area, provide multiple outdoor living spaces to unwind in the peaceful green Umbrian countryside, and enjoy the views. The pool deck is furnished with recliner wood sun loungers with mattresses and wheels, canopy umbrella. Pool towels are provided. Natural sunlight and fresh country air stream through the large wood-framed, roller mosquito net fitted, arched windows and glass doors. The comfortable, well-furnished villa's primary bedroom, living and dining room enjoy lake views, while bedrooms 2 & 3, and bathrooms enjoy views of the natural forest/woods. On advance request: Twin Bedroom 3 beds can be joined into a double. Free Wi-Fi runs throughout the property. Thus, even smart working is possible from your place of choice, other than the work desks in the spacious living/dining room and primary bedroom. Lazy summers by the pool, aperitivo on the terrace lounge, dinner under the stars in the garden gazebo. In the winter, curl up on the sofas in front of the open hearth fireplace with a glass of Trasimeno Gamay or cioccolato caldo (hot chocolate), a good book, film or music on the Smart TV. Artisanal Christmas Markets at Lake Trasimeno and surrounds not to be missed! For the love of good food and wine, the separate kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up meals with delicious local produce from the medieval villages. An Italian chef can be organised, on advance request for that special lunch or dinner or even a cooking class. (all payable in cash in advance).
