The house, facing south and west, faces the natural areas of the Gulf of Morbihan. In a perfectly quiet cul-de-sac, it enjoys a privileged location at the start of a coastal path that runs along the Vincin River to flow into the Gulf of Morbihan. The trail leads to Conleau Beach. Port de Vannes, City center and beach 5 minutes away by car. All shops nearby. The space The house is located in a very quiet area, in a cul-de-sac turning its back on a residential area and facing the natural spaces. The garden is pleasant, bright and well shaded, not overlooked. Access to the coastal trail is immediate. Other things to note We have two very friendly, cuddly, clean and independent cats (dry food dispenser. No litter to change), who stay at home in our absence, and will be pleasant company for our guests
