Rental unit in Mexico City

This apartment was arranged with care since we used to live there. This modern two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment will immediately make you feel at home. It has a fully equipped kitchen, big dining table and a cozy living space with a TV. A metro station connecting you to the city center is only 7 minutes walking distance (City center: 20 mins by metro; the bohemian Coyoacán: 10 mins in car). Perfect for longer stays of small groups of friends, families, couples, business travelers. The space The apartment is on the 4th floor with access to elevator. It has an independent parking spot in the basement of the building. However, the parking spot is not covered. The guard is 24 hours at the lobby. The are two rooms, one with a double-bed and a private bathroom and the other room with a sofa-bed and a private balcony, this room could be also used as an office since it is provided with a chair and a desk (with flat-screen for PC or TV and a lamp). A fifth person could sleep on the couch at the living room or we can provide you with an air mattress (for one person). Guest access We provide towels and basics for the bathroom on arrival. The kitchen and living room are fully equipped. You can use everything you need to feel like at home. Other things to note There is a big street with a metro line that you can see from the balcony. Please consider that when the balcony or windows are open, it might be a little noisy if you are not used to big city sounds. We ask our guests to keep the balcony closed while smoking. Smoking inside the apartment and in any other common areas of the building is strictly forbidden. There is an ashtray in the balcony, please do not throw the cigarette butts nor the ashes out of the balcony (there are neighbors on the floors below). We have an electric water-heater, please consider that the water takes up to 20 minutes to warm up the first time.
