My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space This adorable vintage shop is a large open plan space with everything you need for a comfortable stay...quality queen bed, crisp linen and fresh fluffy towels. Quirky light fittings and lamps providing a cosy atmosphere. Large comfy leather sofa with large screen and AppleTV....with Netflix included. A full kitchen with microwave, stove, and dishwasher. There's a vintage pink dining table with comfy velvet chairs and retro armchairs to relax in. A variety of books available for your use. The bathroom has been rejuvenated with a gorgeous colour scheme of greens and golds. Many of the old and unusual decorations have been retained...so if you love interesting accommodations , you will love this unique place to stay. Patricia's Place is available for short and longer term stays. Guest access Plenty of on street parking, and public transport at your doorstep. Other things to note Please note: The property has one queen bed available. I am able to provide an additional single bed - this is charged at $20 per night, and is only available on request.
