Luminous flat in central Berlin (Friedrichshain)

This apartment is very central, located in Friedrichshain. It takes you 2 minutes to walk to the subway and 15 to be at Alexander Platz. However, it is not on a noisy street, you won't be woken up by party goers Note that this is the place where I usually live, rented only when I am on vacation. I live it clean and tidy, but don't expect a hotel or an AirBnB-only place. This is not an appartment used only for rentals, and you are not driving Berlin's rental prices up. See this as a FairBnB. :) The space The appartment itself is located at a corner and very luminous. It consists of one bedroom (with a double bed) and one big living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat there. I have a DVD player and an Xbox, which you can use in combination with a beamer and screen. Guest access You'll be able to use the whole of the apartment, but should now that I also stock clothes, books and other belongings there. This apartment is the place where I live, I rent it on Airbnb only when I am out of town. There is an elevator, but you'll need to walk a few steps to get into the house itself. I would therefore not recommend this place for somebody in a wheelchair. Sorry. Other things to note I do not charge any hidden fee at all.
