Sleeps 15 across 4 bedrooms Bedroom 1: 2x King Beds and double sofa bed (sleeps 5, en-suite attached) Bedroom 2: Super king bed, 2x sofa beds (sleeps 5, en-suite attached, flexible set ups available) Bedroom 3: Double bed Bedroom 4: Four bunk beds (sleeps 4) Through the front door you land in a generous porch made for kicking off muddy boots, then into the heart of the house: a beamed family kitchen with a butcher's block island, bar stools, a comfy sofa and a wide stone fireplace housing a log burner. Wander through to the central dining room, where an extendable table seats the whole party beneath blackened beams, with a piano in the corner and leather Chesterfield sofas for spilling over into the evening. The lounge next door is all about sinking in, with soft leather sofas gathered around another log burner and a window seat catching the garden light. Upstairs, the two master rooms steal the show with soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed stonework and their own fireplaces, while the bunk room down a low characterful doorway is a proper hit with younger guests. Both masters have their own en-suites, and there is a spacious family bathroom with a freestanding bath, twin basins and a walk-in shower, plus a handy downstairs shower room. Outside, a private hot tub tucked beside the farmhouse is the perfect spot to soak under the stars. Self check-in is by key safe at the gate, and full instructions are sent before you arrive. There is private gated parking on site for up to 6 cars, along with a large covered bike store. The hot tub is available when booked in advance. Other things to note This is an old house, built in 1652, so there are uneven floors, low doorways and low ceiling beams throughout. Please move around with care, and note that guests need to be able to climb stairs to reach the bedrooms. The hot tub requires advance arrangement and there are full health and safety guidelines to read and follow before use.
