Lots of space so very comfortable and a great base for exploring Brighton. The sea can be seen as you step out of the front door. A trendy area close to Queens Park and Kemp Town, with lots of playgrounds, pubs and cafes that do great food. It’s a short walk to the beach and into town for shopping, theatre, comedy, gigs, restaurants and cafes. The house is set up for families with toys including a trampoline and a football table. It is a home from home property and is in very good condition. The space There is a large open plan kitchen which leads on the garden and a living room at the other side. There are three bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed that can be adapted to a double. The living room also has a sofa bed should you need.
