Located in a quiet street, but very close to amenities like Hospital and JCU. Stockland Shopping centre is a 5min walk and also the main bus stop for event bus shuttles into the city. River with its walk and bike path is just a stroll away. The space During your stay, you will have the house to yourself with access to two of the three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor patio. There are 2 resident chickens on the property, providing fresh eggs to guests. I will access the backyard once a day to feed the chickens, refresh their water and collect the eggs for you. The chickens usually roam free, unless this is too intruding for you. Then please let Guest access parking is available on the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available. Bus stops are within walking distance and connect to the city, the Strand, hospital, university and Riverway. Please keep in mind though that the bus connectivity may be reduced on weekends, evenings and public holidays. Other things to note The house provides the comfort and amenities for a short stay, but is otherwise used as a home. Thus, it contains the comforts that I am happy with and which don’t necessarily reflect a hotel experience. If you require black-out curtains, specific bedding or pillow requirements, please abstain from booking. To provide best sleeping comfort I only use 100% cotton bedlinen. Please don’t expect the sheets to be ironed or to be changed during your stay. This is not a hotel!
