Le Cocon Sablais (4 apartments) has 16 sleeping places, but please note that I consider double beds to be 2 sleeping places in the same bed (for colleagues who don't sleep in the same bed will count as 1 sleeping place...). It doesn’t always update automatically in advance. ⚠ Attention ⚠: the house being divided into several apartments, you will only have an apartment on the ground floor that can serve as a common dining room, about 12 place settings if you squeeze in. I prefer to warn you: there is no large friendly room for large dinners for 20 people. The Cocon Sablais is not a cottage with a large common gathering area. Outside, weather permitting, we can provide 2 folding tables for 16 people by squeezing in. Le Cocon Sablais is a quiet townhouse, divided into several apartments, each with its own independent access, and the building has a secured entrance with a keypad and a surveillance camera. 🛋️ 4 living rooms (since there are 4 apartments) with sofa bed, coffee table, TV, dining table. 🛋️ Annex room, the Souplex vaulted cellar, with 2 double beds and a bathroom. Can be used as a dining room, extra sleeping area, game room, movie room, or just an extra bedroom. 4 equipped kitchens (since there are 4 apartments) with induction cooktop, small refrigerator, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware). 🛏️ 2-bedroom accommodation (since there are 2 one-bedroom apartments) with 160 x 200 cm beds. 🚿 Bathroom with a walk-in shower for the T2 (cabin for the Duplex), a sink with storage and a toilet.
