The space The Villas do Pratagy condominium is located on the north coast, on the coral coast, about 10 km from the urban area of Maceió. Our bungalow is 60m² and has a balcony overlooking the forest and a private Jacuzzi. The space is fully furnished and equipped: queen size bed, split air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, two TVs, full sofa bed, induction cooktop, full kitchen, etc. Guest access The Pescaria neighborhood, originally a fishing village, is still a peaceful neighborhood in the city, but there are several options for markets, pharmacies and restaurants in the area. The condominium has a private parking lot and a common leisure area with an infinity pool, restaurant, kids space, soccer field and tennis court.
