It is a private holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a total accommodation capacity of 8 people, in a magnificent location in Akyaka, a few steps from the Azmak river, within walking distance to the beach. In our stylishly designed villa, every detail has been considered for our guests to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday. The space Living Room: The carefully designed living room with an open kitchen has a stylish and comfortable seating area, dining table and chairs, television, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi for internet access, and air conditioning. The balcony is accessed from the living room. There is a table and chairs and a single swing on the balcony. Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses, kitchen utensils and equipment. Bedrooms: 1st Bedroom: Our room is on the upper floor and has 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, master bathroom, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, balcony 2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a dresser, air conditioning and a balcony. 3rd Bedroom: There is one single bed, a nightstand and a wardrobe. 4th Bedroom: Our room is downstairs and has a separate entrance. From the patio, you can access a small open kitchen and a living room with an open kitchen, and from the living room, you can access this room. The downstairs living room has air conditioning, a dining table and chairs, a television, a bathroom/toilet for that floor, a small refrigerator and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, nightstand, iron, baby bed and high chair. Garden: There is a lawn, gazebo, table and chairs, barbecue in front of the patio and behind the villa. NOTE: Our villa does not have a pool, it is within walking distance to the Azmak River. Internet: There is Wi-Fi for internet access in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to service providers and excessive user load due to the busy season. Our service: Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Other things to note Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 5000 TL is collected at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages to the villa and its contents during the rental period. In the inspection to be made before leaving the house, if there is no damage, missing, loss, etc. in the fixtures and goods of the house that was delivered in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
