Beautiful apartment for rent steps from the beach (less than two blocks), perfectly equipped for 4 or 5 people, has cable TV and internet, microwave, washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has free parking and the condominium has controlled access. It is on the 4th floor, located in the Puertas del Mar sector, and is ideal for a vacation or work stay. 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. Guest access The apartment has enough sheets, towels, dishes, cutlery and pots for those who are staying. If your cooking plans are more elaborate, please ask about the implements before booking, as we do not have additional implements, but we do have the basics for your stay. We also leave toilet paper and absorbent paper towels for you to use upon arrival before you go shopping. There is also a beach umbrella in the closet that you can use to go to the beach. Other things to note The key may be delivered by key box, as we cannot always coincide with the arrival time. Once your reservation date is near, we will give you a WhatsApp contact to coordinate and also so that you can communicate in case of any eventuality. If you do not use that application, please let us know so we can be aware of other means of communication. Our idea is that you enjoy your stay in a cozy apartment equipped for a quiet stay.
