Come & relax at this tranquil, yet modern cottage in a quaint Cornish village. Situated at the head of the Helford estuary. Gweek sits in an AONB & is home to the Seal Sanctuary, just a short walk away. Awaiting you is our much-loved Cornish home. A 100-year-old, stone cottage, sitting off the estuary. Although mod cons are included, you’re invited to ‘switch off’ as much as you wish or plan your next adventure. A great spot for a number of attractions, walks, beaches, wildlife & activities. The space Stone steps and a slope leads to the front door. This cute & cosy cottage consists of: Living room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms: king bed, double bed and bunk beds. One family bathroom situated upstairs, which houses toilet, double sinks & walk in rain shower. Central heating throughout and a wood burning stove in the lounge. We do not have a fire guard, so keep this in mind when staying with young children and pets. The front is a lawned and open ( not enclosed) garden with fruit and herb beds. An enclosed back yard that houses the washing machine & clothesline. Parking for one car only. Further parking can be found along the village green (see restrictions during peak seasons) or in and around the village. Guest access There is parking outside the property for 1 car. Stone steps and sloped pathway leads to the front entrance. Other things to note Don’t forget your beach or pooch towels! A great idea would be to bring your National Trust Card if you have one! A lot of the car parking in and around Cornwall beaches are National Trust run. To avoid disappointment do book meals out during peak season.
