6. Apartment on Campeche beach in a gated community

The apartment is in a gated community on a plot of land with an area of 3000 meters, all walled, total security. The owners (my parents) live on the same property. The place is very beautiful, all surrounded by bamboo, and there are many trees that give the property a certain charm. Parking is available but it is not covered. You will rent an apartment but it has a patio, where you can sunbathe. We ask that guests bring bed and bath linens. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. We only rent for more than three nights. The space It's perfect for you to spend your vacation, it's in the center of the neighborhood, close to a bakery, restaurant, cafe, shops, pizzerias, etc. It is 900 meters from the beach, a 10-minute walk. Guests usually leave their cars in the parking lot and walk. You will have for your exclusive use: a complete kitchen with all the cooking utensils, an en-suite with a fan, and an individual outdoor area for laundry. There is no TV. Our proposal is that you disconnect from the TV and enjoy your vacation intensely, talking, walking and making the most of it. But if you need to work or schedule that meeting, we have a Wi-Fi network. We provide all kitchen utensils and a fan. We do not provide bed and bath linens. Other things to note We live on the same property, smoking is only allowed in the patio, but we do not allow illicit drugs and noise after 10 p.m. We respect our guests and expect the same.
