The space In the flat of 65 square meters there is 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160cm, a bedroom with a sofa bed of 150cm, a complete bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a private terrace. Although the flat has been completely renovated, it has preserved the Majorcan spirit. Entering the property, the living room offers comfort thanks to its sofa and natural light from the enormous antique wooden window. Next to it, there is one of the bedrooms furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. On the left of the entrance, the bathroom is equipped with a sensational shower. In the middle of the house, there is a corridor that leads to the other bedroom, the kitchen and the private terrace. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and an access to the cosy terrace, which is equipped with a table and two chairs. Besides, the kitchen is completely furnished and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Guest access This magnificent accommodation provides you with use and enjoy several common areas available at different times and times. On the ground floor of the main building you will find, in addition to the reception, the dining area for breakfast, a work area with free wi-fi, a pleasant reading area with natural light, our lounge chaired by its beautiful fireplace...a place of rest and meeting if you want to leave the private area of your apartment, suite or room. Optional breakfast service in the main building 08:00 - 10:00 (€ 12 adult and € 10 children (between 4 and 12 years)).
