12 SEATS - Villetta is ideal for an outdoor vacation. The interiors have been renovated 2023, very nice and functional. Smart TV 55", Air Conditioning, Washing machine, dishwasher and more. Outside there is a large park and a very soft green lawn, a semi underground pool covered in Wood, very comfortable for children to play and to cool off in the sun. A pleasant gazebo to relax in and a hammock in the garden. Sun loungers, grill area and bar with living room. The space This villa is ideal for groups of friends or multiple families. I studied it to live the vacation in complete serenity and in contact with nature. The lawn is great but in some areas I used the synthetic one for convenience. The bar and barbecue area has an aperitif lounge with a large umbrella. Sun loungers for sunbathing and poufs are not lacking. I buried the above ground for about 60cm and it was covered in wood. Even thisyear I am creating additional spaces and amenities, such as 2 beautiful outdoor showers with hot water, a cover for the aperitif living room, and more that I will photograph in spring (surprise).
