Magical house in Pompeii

Architect's house with large and well-spent spaces, in an ultra-luminous and cozy environment. It has 3 bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and service area, as well as a garden and fireplace, to enjoy the sunny and cold days. It is located in the heart of Pompeii, a traditional neighborhood with many amenities nearby, such as Metro, Sesc, bars and restaurants. Great for quiet people who want to discover the city, lovers of architecture, arts, nature. The space The house was designed by my father, architect, and has a special value for me. On the ground floor we have a garden with grass, pitangueira and Persian lime, some spices and flowers. There is also parking area 1 car. Entering you can see the living room, with no partitions between the spaces, where the kitchen and the inner courtyard are integrated. In the courtyard we have a fireplace that heats the whole house, a hammock and a skylight, which gives light to place, in addition to the full laundry. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two double and one single, and a bathroom with bathtub and hot shower. Guest access The house is accessible via car, subway or bus, it is possible to park in front or inside the house. The Vila Madalena subway is a 15-minute walk away, and bus stops are 5 blocks away. The neighborhood is very quiet, with leisure and walking options such as Parque da Nascente, Dona Deôla Bakery, Bar Tiquim, Sliced Discs, Sesc Pompeii, among others. Other things to note The house is inhabited by Pitanga, a funny cat who spends his days sleeping and meowing to let him know when he needs food, water or affection. It is important to note that we are in a residential neighborhood, but next to our house there is a small forest reserve, where there are some animals, and a rooster usually wakes up early!
