Quiet apartment, nature and city center

We will be happy to host you in this very quiet apartment, located in the residence on the edge of a wood. The historic center of Quimper is within walking distance (allow between 10 and 20 minutes depending on the location). The apartment is spacious, the fully equipped kitchen (large oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher...) The windows and balcony overlook a green space with no neighbors in front, the only noise you hear will be the singing of the birds and the runoff of the creek The space Our apartment is conveniently located between nature walks and the center of Quimper. The residence sits on the edge of a small wood, and a 15-20-minute walk from the city center. The gym is a 3 min walk, and you will find behind the air games for children and the free tennis class. The historic district of Locmaria is a 10 min walk, you will also find bars, restaurants and a creperie. For your couple or family stay, we offer a room with two single beds. For the 3rd and 4th person, it is possible to put an additional single bed in the living room, and a sofa bed 120 cm wide with a mattress topper. For any two-person reservation, if you would like to have a bed in the bedroom, and the second in the living room, please make the request at the time of booking! There is everything you need in the kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave. In season you can enjoy a large balcony with garden furniture, ideal for an aperitif or coffee, listening to the birds singing. Guest access Shops are a 5-10 min walk away. A laundromat is a 5-minute walk away. Other things to note While being a 20 min walk from the city center, the apartment is in a wooded setting, on the edge of a small wood. You can even spot small animals when you're on the balcony. The maintenance of the green spaces is partly done by goats and sheep, present in the residence (behind the fence).
