The villa is a classic mountain cottage from where you may begin your day with amazing views of the landscape. The space Eco Guesthouse Villa Italia has a double living area with billiards, a ping pong table, and a fireplace that will be excellent for relaxing evenings, while the kitchen (completely equipped) and dining room with its massive oak table will make meals comfortable. It's wonderful! From the external square, equipped with a large table and stone barbecue, it is possible to admire the chain of the Monti della Laga and Monte Vettore.
