Upstairs open plan living has dining, lounge, powder room and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen including double ovens, gas hob and double fridge/freezer.  A large butler’s pantry provides an espresso machine, beverage fridge and additional sink.  This property is only a three-minute walk to a safe swimming beach and is just down the road from the Kuaotunu boat ramp and close to many other beautiful beaches such as Rings, Matarangi, Opito and reserves.
