1 room & bathroom on the first floor

Hello. On the ground floor of my house is 1 room, 14 sqm, with box spring bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, TV, dining table, refrigerator, CD/radio/Wi-Fi bookable. The bathroom (to be shared by arrangement) is also on the ground floor and is accessible via the hallway. I live and live here in the house. Additional guests are present. Free parking for cars is available in front of the house/in the street. Motorcycle/bicycle have space in my garage. All the best! The exit and entrance to the A3 highway and the Montabaur/Siershahn ICE train station are nearby, making my Airbnb quick to reach. Supermarkets and restaurants are available locally and in the immediate vicinity. Guest access The hallway on the first floor leads to the room. The bathroom is separate, also on the first floor. The doors are lockable. During your stay During the stay, I am personally on site or can be reached by phone/email/Airbnb.
