Newer-built Livingston House in a quiet neighborhood located in Yuma, AZ. Close to Desert Hills Golf Course, access to the desert for ATV rides and plenty of restaurants! The space The Livingston House is a modern home in the newer neighborhood of Livingston Ranch! This 4 bedroom can accommodate up to 8 guests (1 queen, 2 doubles, 1 futon, plus 2 twin blow-up mattresses). There are 2 bright bathrooms with new finishes. A large open kitchen and family room. A spacious dining table that seats 10. All appliances are stainless GE appliances inc gas range and washer/dryer. As you make your way to the backyard you will find a covered back patio that has a 6-seat dining set. Further, into the yard, there is a gas fire pit with additional chairs.
