In the privileged common areas, we have a magnificent pool that is open and operational year-round for your enjoyment. As for parking, the apartment has ample public parking just below the house. My personal tip (if I could afford it) is that if it's very busy when you arrive and there's no parking available at the entrance (especially important during peak season), what I like to do is unload my suitcases and immediately go park at the Balcón de Europa parking lot. I pay special attention that night, around 11:30-12:00, when the public parking below my house is already clear, so I can get my car out of the parking lot and leave it close to home. A great advantage of the apartment is its independent entrance, a password for which I'll give you so you can get the apartment keys from the keybox, which is to the left of the main street door.
