The following guests will do your inventory, a commercial discount of €15 to €25/number of days booked, will be granted, if your cleaning is respectfully done. Guest access Assisted and guided self check-in by phone, I will guide you step by step from your arrival to the apartment. All terms of use will be presented to you. Telephone contact the day before to best prepare for your arrival, send a video and photo to locate the residence and the entrance to the residence, followed by a message containing all the additional information. Other things to note Guests are responsible for cleaning, the inventory will be done by the next guest. - Your cleaning: the products are at your disposal. Bathroom: please clean the shower walls and fixtures, sink and fixtures, mirror, take out the bathroom bin KITCHEN: please clean the appliances used ( fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, sink and faucets, tidy dishes, dishwasher emptied, drop your garbage in the garbage room near the elevator ) Toilet: respect for the place to be left clean LIVING ROOM: Tidy up sleeping arrangements in sofa mode FLOOR: vacuum and if needed, wash the floor A commercial discount (from €15 to €25) will be awarded to you after the next guest's inventory to thank you for your respect for the place... The amount will depend on the number of days rented 🤷‍♂️ The pool is not accessible, following defects of renovation, can't wait for it to be reopened.
