This spacious studio is located in a luxury residential complex with five swimming pools, three of which are rooftop infinity pools with a bar. The complex also offers two fitness centers, free parking, a restaurant, and a café. Other things to note Guest check-in is available from 14:00 to 23:00 (night check-in must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee). On the day of arrival, we are required to take photos of all guests’ passports and visas (Thailand arrival stamp) for TM30 registration. Without the original documents, we will not be able to accommodate you in the apartment. On the day of departure, guests must pay for water and electricity usage (CASH ONLY in Thai Baht). Utilities rates: Water – 40 THB per 1 m³ Electricity – 6 THB per 1 kWh
