Modern House Overlooking the Beach in Devon

Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year. The space The whole house is on one level and is super family friendly. The large living area comprises the living room, dining room and a well equipped kitchen. When the sun is out the large patio doors can be opened to enjoy the sound of the sea and to access the with its new large decking area (see progress photos - to be finished for summer!) with its large gas BBQ. During big storms seagulls can be spotted flying backwards past the windows while you watch the waves crash into Burgh Island and the surfers ripping on the shore break. There is a log burner as well as good central heating. There are 2 dishwashers so you never have to unload to re-stack. Guest access The house, front and back gardens and driveway. Other things to note There are steps up to the front door.
