The space QUICK SUMMARY: Over 2,500 Sq Ft, all of the rooms are on the first floor with the exception of the laundry room and the large finished basement. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are three dining areas. There are two fireplaces and two full bathrooms. The house is very clean, spacious and uncluttered yet incredibly comfortable and has ultra fast WiFi. There are two free parking spaces and a backyard with a picnic table and BBQ. The house is across the street from a park, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Located within minutes of all Spokane has to offer. Infant items are provided so you can pack light. DETAILED SUMMARY: This home has been designed to be as beautiful as it is functional. Play is welcomed and encouraged. The home is full of original art and modern furniture while still being welcoming and comfortable. All of the rooms are on the first floor with the exception of the family room (and laundry room) which is in the fully finished partial daylight basement. The master bedroom features a King bed in a gorgeous solid wood frame. There are multiple ways to light the room, including a dimmable ceiling lamp. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and two dressers. This room also includes room darkening shades, a full length mirror, original art, a sound machine and a multi USB wall outlet. Attached to the master is a full master bathroom with a walk in shower. The kid’s room is every kid's dream. There is a bunk bed that can sleep three children, two on the bottom full mattress and one on the top twin (or two adults). The room has exclusive prints and posters from The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Transformers and Mulan. There is a BB-8 lamp and a Mario Bros Chomp lamp on a cabinet that is full of books for all ages from Toddler to teen. There is also a basket of toys in the closet for the kiddos to play with. (See below for all of our infant and baby items). The two other bedrooms are both beautiful in their own right and have queen sized beds in them. Both have ample storage space and everything that is needed to be comfortable during your stay. If you are coming with a 10th person there is a queen sized blowup mattress, an XLG twin blowup mattress or two very comfortable couches and extra bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. We provide tea and coffee. The pantry is full of appliances, whether it’s stew in the crock pot on a cold winter day, a freshly blended smoothie we have you covered. There is a beautiful dining room table in the living room for family meals that you can make as formal, or informal, as you want. The modern light fixture above the table is dimmable so you set the mood. There is a bluetooth speaker provided in the kitchen for your music. Right off the kitchen is a bright breakfast nook and at the kitchen counter there are barstools. The living room has large picture windows that provide beautiful lighting throughout the day with blinds for privacy at night. It has a remote controlled gas fireplace, TV and comfortable seating. The downstairs family room is large and has enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. There is lots of room for the kids to play. There is a closet full of games for all ages and a great table to play them on. There is also coloring books and drawing supplies (There are puzzles in the upstairs hall closet). There is a large comfortable couch and oversized chair that sits across from the fireplace and a 55” Smart TV that has HBO Max, Disney +, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and more. This room has large windows that bring in the natural light and a view of the park but they also have blinds that can be drawn for the perfect movie night. A sound bar provides sound and bluetooth for your music. This room also has a guitar and ukulele, a basket of sporting goods and a wide variety of books including YA books, comics and art books. In the laundry room is a bin of dress up clothes for the kids to play in. It also has its own entrance giving you easy access to your cars and the park across the street. The backyard has a covered patio and a grill, picnic table and patio furniture Play a backyard game while you BBQ in a beautiful secluded setting! We have Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga and Cornhole, plus more. String lights set the mood at night. There are two fireplaces in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs, making the home incredibly warm and cozy on those cold Spokane days. In warmer months the house has central air to keep it cool. Baby gates have been put at the top and bottom of the stairs. We have put all the infant/baby items together in the downstairs laundry room. Please feel free to bring out whatever you need. There is a Graco Pack-N-Play, baby swing, a high chair, baby monitor, booster seat, infant bath tub, baby bathtub seat, outlet covers and a basket of baby & small children toys along with some push around toys and a bin of dress up play clothes. There is a brand new high capacity washer & dryer you are welcome to use. Laundry detergent is provided. Also provided throughout the house are plenty of cleaning supplies. Our driveway holds one car so you don’t have to park on the street. Although there is also plenty of street parking. Most of our guests report that the home is more spacious than they realized so feel free to enjoy the whole space. The family room is down a flight of stairs and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and play games, watch movies, read books, play the guitar or work on a puzzle. There is an entrance that leads from the driveway into the family room so you’ll have easy access to your vehicle (or the park). Other things to note Our house is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Please keep that in mind and be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no rowdy parties with loud music are allowed.
