Belle Room - Queen comfort with Private Bath.

Located in the basement suite of the main house, The Belle Room features its own private, exterior door, Queen size bed with a 3-piece bathroom ensuite bathroom, and an interior door with an inside lock. The interior door leads to the shared kitchen and living area with other guests staying in our 2nd Guest Room. This area is not shared with the owners. The space **NEW** To ensure the safety of both hosts and guests, please ensure that your profile picture is the person who is checking in. If there is no picture on the profile, the hosts will ask to see a government issue form of ID to confirm the guest checking is the the person who reserved the accommodations. Please note: The exact location of the ranch will be provided after the booking is confirmed. We are located on the outskirts of the town. This spacious ranch-style room features a 3-piece bathroom, comfortable queen-sized bed and private interior/exterior entrances. A light continental breakfast is available to guests consisting of bread, yogurt, hot/cold cereals, eggs, pancake mix, juice and in season fruit. A shared kitchen, living room and patio are also conveniently accessible from your room. There is a shared BBQ on the patio for the guests to use. The shared living room includes a big-screen HD TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime (supplied by hosts). Disney+, Global TV, YouTube and more are available however, guests must have their accounts to access. The kitchen is equipped with toaster oven/toaster/full size fridge/Keurig/kettle/coffee pot and 2 hot plates. All cooking and eating utensils are supplied. Basic condiments are also supplied. Guests have access to walk the property and our trails. Please ask hosts for more information on accessible areas. Guest access To access The Belle Room, guests follow a short path from the parking area to a private exterior entrance located on the ground floor beneath the deck. Inside the room, an interior door provides access to a shared kitchen and living room used by guests staying in our second bed and breakfast room. This interior door has its own lock and key for your comfort and security. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds and enjoy walking our beautiful horse trails—offering peaceful views, gentle terrain, and an easy way to connect with the natural charm of the property. Proper footwear is highly recommended. Our horses are gentle souls who love a good scratch or pat! You’re welcome to say hello at the fence line and share a moment with them. We kindly ask that you don’t feed them or enter their pasture—thank you for helping us keep them safe and happy. During your stay We love welcoming guests in person when they arrive! If we're tied up with work commitments, don’t worry—clear and detailed self-check-in instructions will be provided to make your arrival easy. Your hosts live right on the property and are always just a message away. Feel free to reach out by email or text and the contact phone number will be shared at the time of booking for added convenience. We truly respect your privacy and personal space. After the initial check-in and tour of the room and shared spaces, you’re welcome to contact us if you have questions or need assistance—we’re here to help. To keep everything fresh and tidy, we do regular cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and living room. We do our very best to schedule this when the space isn’t in use, so you can enjoy your time uninterrupted. Please note, since this is a working ranch, you might occasionally see ranch workers or meet other visiting guests during your stay. It’s all part of the lively charm of the place! Other things to note **From October to March, plan accordingly your ETA. As we are on gravel roads, there are no street lights to guide the way. We will longer accept ETAs after 930pm and gates will be locked after this time for the winter season. **Not suitable for children under 3** **No pets allowed. No exceptions. Request to bring a pet will be automatically denied.** Please review our House Rules listed on Airbnb. There is also a welcome binder provided in the rooms. Please note: the Airbnb map location isn’t accurate, so we recommend using only the directions we provide. Since we’re located outside the town proper on a working ranch. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including inside the guest rooms/cabin or outdoor spaces. The use of legal or illegal substances (drugs) is NOT permitted anywhere on the property. If you need to smoke, please ask the owners where a suitable place is for smoking. As we live in a very rural area, surrounded by forest, we need to be vigilant and careful with smoking on the property. Thanks so much for helping us maintain a safe and comfortable space for all our guests and our horses! We have 3 resident cats; the cats do not have access to indoor guests spaces. Please keep all exterior doors closed. Since we're nestled in a rural setting, our natural water source occasionally carries a slight sulfur smell. It's perfectly safe to use. We do supply fresh, filtered water available in the kitchen dispenser for your use. . We do not offer long term stays. Please contact us should you need accommodations over 4 days and less than 23 days. There is a shared Coleman BBQ available for guests to use. When using the BBQ, please move the BBQ away from the house when cooking. This is a respectable, private residence and a place of business. We offer a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our goal is to provide all guests with a sense of peace and quiet. If this is not your lifestyle or you cannot follow our house rules, then a hotel in Rocky is your best bet.
