"La DAYA" Farmhouse

Between land and sea: Old 18th century farmhouse. Cottage rented for touristic purposes. Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. At the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails. Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast. The space You have a fitted and equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 large living room with fireplace. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (possibility of adding 1 folding crib), 1 bathroom (toilet and sink) We provide: Sheets, towels and washcloths, soap. Dish cloth, tea towel and washing-up liquid. 1 breakfast kit for the first morning will be at your disposal (Tassimo coffee capsules, tea, herbal tea, jams, butter and Breton crepes). Guest access We operate on trust and respect, we love simplicity, sharing and discussing various topics. We live there. A gate key will be given to you. You can park just before the gate or on the right of our gate. Wood for the fireplace, sun loungers, and barbecue are also at your disposal. Other things to note A small cabin with toys for kids is right on the part of the cottage. For your information: We have 2 very nice dogs and 2 harmless cats.
