The pool is available 24/7, with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Other things to note ➤ Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. ➤ No parties, events, or drug use are permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit; designated areas are available on the terrace and balcony. ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm—please be mindful of neighbors, especially in shared rooftop areas. Amenities may be restricted at night if noise complaints occur. ➤ Minimum age to enter the apartments is 18 unless accompanied by a parent. ➤ Pets allowed (max 2 dogs under 20 lbs). No cats or aggressive breeds. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone. ➤ Parking is not available on-site; paid parking options are located nearby. ➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided; guests are responsible for additional supplies during their stay. ➤ There is no dishwasher in the unit. ➤ For stays of one week or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning may be provided (subject to availability; scheduling is assigned, not selectable).
