Perfect home for a family that's looking for a child/infant-friendly short stay in Eindhoven and who enjoys their privacy. Feel at home in our spacious and stylish home which is located in a quiet neighborhood called "Villapark" and which is only a 5 min. bike ride from the city center. You'll have the entire house to yourself. The space On the ground floor, we're always very proud to show people our living kitchen. The kitchen and dining room each have light domes which bring in all the daylight to brighten up the space (even on the darker days). - The spacious open kitchen connects the living room with the dining room. In the middle of the kitchen is a cozy island/bar with 3 chairs. In the kitchen itself, you'll find a 5 pit ceramic furnace, 1 oven, and a big American fridge. There's also a blender, coffee machine, and electric kettle for hot water. - The dining room has a large wooden table suitable for 6 persons and a cabin containing many different glasses for your favorite wine, beer, liquor, or other cocktails. - The living room has a cozy L-shaped couch with a LED TV with Chromecast, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch. On the first floor, you'll find - 2 bedrooms: 1 main bedroom + 1 dress room with 2 person air-mattress - 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and double wash basin. On the 2nd floor, you'll find - home office with 2 desks - the separate section containing a dryer and washing machine. In the garden, you'll find an outside dining table for 6 persons incl. chairs and a Boreti BBQ which can be used to prepare some steak or smoked fish! Guest access - You have 2 free parking spots available (1 carport + 1 private spot) - It's only 1.3 km to the city center (5 min. by bike or 12 min. walk) - There are supermarkets within 700 meters (2 min. by bike or 5 min. walk) Other things to note We normally live in this house with a cat (it's not in the house during your stay). Even though we never received any complaints about it, we want to make you aware in case you have allergies.
